Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Worn or washed products
- Damaged items caused by customer misuse
- Products without original tags
- Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect)
Exchanges
If you receive:
- Wrong Size
- Wrong Product
- Manufacturing Defect
- Damaged Item
We will gladly arrange an exchange after verification.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The ordered item is unavailable after payment.
- A replacement cannot be provided for a damaged or defective product.
- Your return meets all eligibility requirements and is approved.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method, where applicable.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For size changes or customer preference, return shipping charges may apply.
